Évora Farm Hotel
ÉVORA FARM HOTEL & SPA
We are the Évora Farm Hotel & Spa.
We are in the extensive Alentejo plain, where in the summer the sun warms the land and, in the winter, frost covers the fields. Here stories are still told of smugglers who took local products over the border: it is a land full of memories, this Alentejo where we are.
Today we want to celebrate local traditions while enjoying family time.

Sustainability is a major concern for us.
For this reason, we favor the relationship with local producers, guaranteeing a circular economy and a lower carbon emission.
Our waste production was also designed to have the least possible impact. We compost all food residues, transforming the waste into organic matter for fertilizing the soil, which allows us to give the soil the nutrients it needs in a biological way, without the need for chemical products.
In addition, we set up a wastewater treatment plant (biological WWTP) reusing these waters - after being properly treated - for irrigating the garden and orchard, thus saving water resources in a region so needy at that level
